Benarkah susu soya betul2 berkhasiat

Saya terjumpa pasal keburukan susu soya ni masa tengah sebok sebok stalk blog orang lain.. heho.. bukan stalk la.. tapi suka jadi silent reader je.. hehe, tak salah kan bila kita nak konsi info gan org lain.. apa2 pon, saye dulu pernah minum soya setiap pagi.. konon nye ala ala breakfast la.. tapi agenda disebalik tu nak kulit jadi putih mulus la.. hehe.. korang boleh baca info ni kay:
